I really love owls. I think it has a lot to do with the Jim Henson movie Labyrinth, where David Bowie is sometimes some sort of owl. The connection in my mind between owls and sexiness and power must have evolved from that movie.

Beautiful Picture. I adore Barn Owls although I've never seen a live one. Interestingly, that in folklore Barn owls are connected with magic and the realm of spirits. Maybe that's why they used it in Labyrinth.

OMG...thats so weird...I went searching for Barn Owls because of that movie!! I feel the same way about owls. The are potent in mythology and beauty....and so true that the are, in a way, quite sexy.
